Follow these simple Steps

By following these 6 simple steps, you'll be well on your way to starting your own Mobile DRI WASH business. Use these steps as a starting point - as a business owner, you are continuously learning.

Step 3: Sign up as a Distributor

This is one of the most important parts of getting your business started.  You don’t want to have to pay retail for products you’re going to be using, or reselling to your customers.

Setting yourself up as a distributor allows you to purchase the products at a discount of 20, 30 or 40% off of suggested retail prices.

Now, from a business standpoint, it always makes sense to buy as cheaply as you can – this just makes the profit margin you’re going to experience that much larger.

So, from a distributor standpoint, I realized when I first started, that I needed to become a Director in order to get the 40% discount.  Then, in order to make my business “favorable” in the eyes of the customer, I could offer them a 10% discount, and still make money on the sale.

Many folks discount this from the beginning, saying

“I’ll start small, and then become a Director later once my business get’s going”

This is probably the worst thing you can do, because you’re discounting your success.  You’re betting on your failure.  In business, you need to take risks in order to benefit from the results.

In business you need to spend money to make money.  There’s no such thing as a free lunch, or making tons of money in an overnight success story.  Sure, sometimes these things do happen – but for the most part this never happens to 99% of business owners.

Why wouldn’t you want to have inventory on hand, available to sell to your customers?  People are not going to buy “vaporware” – items that you don’t have in your possession.  You need to have inventory, not only to sell, but to use, and you want to buy this as cheaply as you can.

Spend the money now, get the 40% discount.  It just makes business sense.  Remember, I will guarantee your success.  At no point will you be stuck with product you can’t sell.  I will buy it from you at any time you feel you want to get rid of it.
